Different?
Junction Dance Studio is a multicultural, multigenerational and multidisciplinary hub for dance in Salt Lake County!
We offer high-quality, non-competitive programs in the performing arts where dancers are given local and professional performance opportunities. Junction students develop confidence, discipline and a level of individuality that shines in and outside of the classroom. Our diverse dance education allows our dancers to explore different cultures and styles that expand their artistic knowledge of both the world and movement.
Junction Dance Studio is also known for its mentorship and support to all of their students. Our experienced and knowledgeable instructors provide guidance, advice and constructive feedback. We believe in establishing a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment that allows our dancers to learn, grow and further develop their character and talents for years to come.

Some Misconceptions about Dance Studios
There is nowhere that has high quality training that is non-competitive.
That you must have Ballet as a foundation.
No programs emphasize training in improvisation, freestyle and choreography.
The amount of days and hours of commitment required per week.
Dance is mostly for girls.
There is no dance studio that offers an all Hip Hop program.
History, culture and foundation of each genre are never taught.
There is not a dance studio that will prepare me for the real world of dance outside of
highschool or college.
We’re here to change that narrative.
